It's Saturday night, and just as I witnessed the two balls of fire back on that 4th of July night in 2009, as reported in the Shavehead Lake Wave paper, four of us witnessed the same glowing balls of fire last night while viewing the beautiful star-filled night sky on Shavehead Lake. This time however, I was with three different people (two college students and two let's just say older women) and we all witnessed around 8 of these strategically spaced glowing unidentified objects throughout the East sky. We are located on the West side of the lake right across the tip of the peninsula in the little white cottage.  While enjoying the star-filled night sky hoping to see a shooting star we enjoyed a little fire with our mouths hung open in wonder as the first glowing unidentified object floated upwards in the East sky about 1/4 the way up the sky then veered or floated to the South to soon just blink out.  One after the other with time spacing of around I'm guessing anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes apart.  We were all amazed but I was especially excited as I have not seen these strange objects since that 4th of July night in 2009.  And this time I had different people with me who witnessed these strange unidentified objects with me and this time instead of two objects there were 8 unidentified glowing balls of fire!  We are wondering if anybody else happened to see these objects last night?

Those are called "sky lanterns". They're really cool. There's an annual Sky Lantern Festival in Taiwan every year where hundreds of thousands of these are lit off at one time. Here's a link:
